Tonight is our guild hall claiming night! We voted on Gilded Hollow! We are planning for a huge turnout and would love for you to join us! Must have the HoT expansion, be level 80, have basic gliding and exalted markings would be helpful.

This past week we also got all our material together for Tavern restoration 1 and are waiting to get our guild hall to move forward on that! A huge thank you to all our guildies who pitched in to make this happen!

Our guild hall claiming went amazing! With close to 50 people we had a blast and successfully claimed our hall. We are now the proud owners of Gilded Hollow! With our wonderful and generous group our treasury is quickly filling up with all we need to keep building.

SALT is now a level 11 guild! With Guild Portal and Mining Rate 1 ready to be sent through (silly aetherium!). We are now focused on our Arena Restoration 1, with a majority of those materials as well in. This is truly a wonderful group of folks, everyone pitching in and helping SALT make a wonderful hall!
Coming up Friday is our weekly Fabulous Fractal Friday event! We will run all sorts of levels, just show up and find a group for your level! Then on Sunday will be our guild mission with our fancy, new guild portal!

We’re very excited about our recent upgrades, finished all our major buildings and got our Further Exploration unlocked. We’ve hit Guild level 43 and just unlocked our Ore and Lumber Synth 2.

It’s been over a year since we started this forum thread and my how things have changed for us. God is ever faithful and through Him we have seen tremendous growth and blessing! Our current roster sits at 320+ and God is constantly bringing us more and more friends. Our peak activity time is evening in EST and we see anywhere from 25-40 members on at any given time. We have claimed Gilded Hollow as our Guild Hall and have been able to, by the grace of God and generous giving of our Saltines, get our Guild hall to level 47! We still have weekly events like Guild Missions, TBDT (To Be Determined Tuesday), Dungeons, Fractals and Raids but have unfortunately gone away from PvP and WvW (not for lack of trying, and trying we are). We still have a number of members who do these and would love more Saltines to play with in these areas! We are based in Fort Aspenwood but since the mega server change we have grown greatly in our server diversity and happily accept any and all, regardless of server. We got a beautifully revamped website, done by one of our saltines, complete with a private forum for connection outside of the game. I truly hope you’ll consider joining us and experience the abundance of God’s blessing in our little community. This new update has been super cool for us at Salt! Did a guildy run of DS today and were blown away at all the additional Noxious Pods! Only 4 more days until our WvW seminar! We will be teaching you about WvW strategy, maps, reward tracks, claiming, any anything else you may need to know about WvW! I was formerly a admin for the Combat arms clan Christian Nation the recon has a biblical context as it is short for Reconciliation the main premised doctrine of the Christendom Faith . I left CN mainly due to the game not the members of the group. Honestly, Salt is mostly a PvE guild. There really isn’t much interest in WvW. People are encouraged to find others in the guild who want to roam or do small havoc grps. There is no organized events for it.

What Jennifer said is mostly true.. but there are little groups of folks who enjoy PVP and WvW.. I think we will be setting up little havoc groups.. but nothing so much as on a permanent “schedule.” But who knows… Once I get my schedule sorted out and my characters properly geared I’d love to lead a late night havoc squad myself..
