It’s something i have been thinking about alot lately.
I do think it would fit Necromancer best, but i can see the condition alone be something able to be used by more professions.

Like Necromancers need another way of utterly destroying people who use boons. It’s already very easy to wreck any class who uses boons as a Necromancer.
