It’s absolutely sure it won’t come in the next patch.
They said they (most of them) would come in the big feature only patch following the 4 LS updates.
So that should mean on March 18th, but for some reason they evaded the question and did not want to confirm.
What’s sure is that LS Scarlet arc will end with the 4th of March and that after that, there will be a pause for the LS.
And then, there will be the big feature only patch. But maybe they could decide after March 4th to stop updates during 1-2 months to prepare that patch.
