It has been over 3 weeks now and still the gem store appears bugged for my account. I have tried everything from restarting my modem, re-installing my game client, even trying a different IP address and still nothing! Now the Wintersday event is here I would love to spend my money to buy a costume, sadly it appears I’m going to miss out. I know I’m not the only one experiencing a problem like this and really would like to know when there can be a solution for this problem (hopefully before the end of the Wintersday event)

Right click your guild wars 2 icon on the desktop and go to properties.
Where it says target it’ll say something like this
“C:\Users\Lexi’s\Desktop\Desktop\GuildWars 2\gw2.exe”

At the end of his put -repair ""C:\Users\Lexi’s\Desktop\Desktop\GuildWars 2\gw2.exe" -repair"

Close your client and it’ll fix all corrupted files in the game.
i had the same problem with the trading post and gem store, this worked for me.
