Can't access BLTC
I have the same issue frequently on both Mac and PC clients.

I’m facing a similar problem and having no luck. But I hear if you are seeing a loading icon then the following should solve it:
- Right click GW2.exe and run as Admin
- Open your GW2 folder and delete “local.dat” file
- Disable firewall (could rupture the link between the BLTC)
- run Gw2.exe -repair
- With BLTC window open pull up the options menu and switch the language
- Right click on GW2.exe, click properties, compatibility, check the compatibility mode box and select which copy of windows you are currently using.
- update all current Root Certificates For Windows (GW2 requires at least Service Pack 2)
let me know if that helped at all, I am still investigating this matter and trying to solve all possible issues.
Yeah, that doesn’t quite work on the Mac Beta client.

If you can never access they post, restart the game. If you see the yellow circle on certain items be happy not mad.
I buy/flip/salvage 1000’s of items for the TP daily and have recently noticed the yellow circle when accessing/searching for certain items. Only advice I can give is say thank you for the yellow circle. I have lost gold on the TP and very loosely agree with the developers posts about how transactions are never lost.
If you are able to access the TP and see a yellow circle…. wait. The system will catch up… relog (doesnt always work), or you can access items through recent sold/bought screen.
I am not sure about mac issues.
Given that the TP interface is an in-game Web browser, I suspect corrupted cache data is to blame for my never ending yellow circle.
Deleting the local.dat file, as pointed out by Space Monkey Pilot.7135 above, might be the needed fix. I’ll give that a shot next time.
