Hello Milo.
As Gillius has said, the quaggan backpack is account bound and therefore you cannot send it as a gift to your girlfriend, I am afraid.
Bump. Anyone have any info? Is the quaggan backpack account bound? Is there any way to give it to someone else?
i think its account bound.. you will have to send her gold to change for gems.. and dont forget the choc’s..!!
