Well unfortunately all of my stockpiles are in refined mats, so i’m still waiting for a more permanent fix and the introduction of 500 JC. Hopefully people actually use up some of the mats this time around instead of just trading them back and forth.

Refined Mats are still needed on a daily basis to craft ascended gear. When i saw all the unrefined mats shooting up on the tp, i bought up refined mats because eventually, the cheap supply will dry up because its not viable to refine from ore/scraps/sections/logs atm.

I expect their value to increase in the next couple of days.

My investments of Orrian Truffles/dodge food have failed massively so far. Those ascended/ferocity changes have really made a huge difference. I was able to beat Liadri on my 4th try. I remember spending days doing it last year, and the one time I did beat it I got it barely.

I think I may end up breaking even on truffles while losing out on foods as it’s hard to sell all those stacks. Thankfully my (potential) losses are offset by Thick Leather. I don’t know how many I still have left to sell but I spent 5 hours selling stacks upon stacks at 30c. Silver Ore is also moving well.

I wouldnt be so hasty to call it a failure. Those that already beat Liadri this time around where mostly players that already beat her last year.
All those players that didnt try the gauntlet yet, still need time to beat all the other bosses before attempting Liadri. So i think in a week, we will see additional demand for food related to Liadri.
