How can I buy Gems exactly? I know you can within the Game but i can’t log on atm, and i can’t see where i can within the Website. Please help!

I don’t believe they are available at the website. You can buy them in game at the TP in the Gem store (first tab, upper left corner) or buy a Gem card at a retailer and apply the code, again at the Gem Store.
