From the last announcement regarding gem cards, I’ve noticed these things have been available here in Finland, for example, since September already. What gives? Why weren’t they available globally at the same time instead of just some countries in the EU?

If I were to tell you that it was due to international laws, shipping regulations and vendor preparation .. would it really matter?

I’m just interested, you’d imagine these things were available in the big markets first..
