Alright so I totally did a stupid and salvaged the boots that had my Zodiac skin on them. Since I clearly bought the set (I’m wearing all the others, after all), come Wardrobe in a couple weeks will that boot skin show up retroactively?
I believe so, yes. The gist I got from the FAQ was that as long as you still have one piece of a gem store armor set, the entire set will be unlocked for you in the Wardrobe. I’m not sure if this will also apply to other armor sets in-game, like crafted or dungeon sets, but I doubt it.
