So i am curious at the moment because I have had three issues occur with the TP and gem store thus far.

You can see multiple posts here in the forum of Anet confirming that the player has ordered the items and not recieved them. Yet it is not in Anets power to help them.

Because remailing an item or reordering an item for the player is somehow impossible?

To prevent this anet needs to change how gems are taken. Instead of taking my gems upfront why not take my gems at delivery wouldn’t that make sense. Problem solved.

So given my experience i am looking for success stories of has anyone ever gotten a legitimate reembursment of items/gems or is asking for help just a futile hope?

I’m sure they help if you get hacked.

And a question for Anet… what if I ordered and ungodly amount of gems with my credit card , Recieve my gems spend them. Call up my CC company for service not rendered/fraud and be like what is this charge I didn’t order that and have myself reimbursed. Will you take the time to take away my items then since its impossible to remail me items you yourself have said I did ordered?

Cause essensially that is what just occured to me. My faith in the gem store is pretty much shattered and I feel i will never open up my wallet occasionally for you just to show my support for the game.

I’m having this issue right now , I ordered Forty dollars worth of gems in the morning , came back later in the day and I still hadn’t recieved any new info on when I’ll get my gems . Usually when i order a product from other games wether it is physical or virtual I usually recieve the item right away .

I’m not sure what the other issues you have run into are, but the most common cause of people not receiving purchased items from the Gem Store is because their mailbox is full. Have you tried deleting a few mails and seeing if the items show up then?
