I’ve seen the nougat recipe drop personally, for what it’s worth.

Yeah, it seems that the recipes DO drop (although I’m not sure if they potentially only drop from Personalized ToT Bags; the loot tables for both seem to be different), but they’re extremely rare.

I got mine from a regular ToT.

Already posted something similar regarding the Gwynefyrdd mini topic but alas – I did my own research a few days ago opening 50,000 ToT Bags.
