I recently bought 10 mystic forge stones during the black friday sales, already paid with gems, but haven’t receive them. Check my mail, check my TP, nothing. Can someone tell me what to do ?

To add more to this comment. Delete all the mail that you have got. Before deleting check for any items, coins etc from the personal mails you may have received. I’m sure you would receive them after you delete the mail.

I personally had this issue a while back. Mail box says 8/10 but it was full. So I deleted a whole lot and was surprised to find 7G that my Guild leader has refused to accept for this Lodestones.
