I really hope they’ll make more references to the choices you make in the early personal quests in an update or an expansion. Building my own warband, member by member, was the best part of the whole story. I really felt like the choices I make matter because those guys were staying with me, under my command, each of them having a different personality and bringing something new to the table.

I wish I could meet with Dinky and the rest of the guys at least to hear how they are doing without me around :C
Ideally I’d like some kind of a repeatable story mission similar to a dungeon, different for each race and dependant on your story choices – so for example a charr repeatable mission could be taking your warband on a mission into the dragonbrand or something. That would rock.

What do you guys think? Would you like to see your favourite warband members again in some way?

I agree, i would like to see more of my assembled warband.
Why not do something with the Elite skill, make it summon the players warband mates instead of randoms… i miss my little Euryale

I’d love to be able to summon Dinky and the crew. That would be some elite backup.

Agreed,or at least receive mail from them periodically stating how things go,or send them on missions when you only see the statistics and get crappy itens

Yeah. I want to see my warband more than just on story missions. And I thought that the elite skill did summon your actual warband. And going on missions with them would be good too.

It is not just that you seem to lose touch with your warband once you move on past that stage of the story missions (around level 20 or so), but there seems to be many loose ends that I was looking forward to tying up… and the order/pact missions and dialog just seem so… un-charr-ish much of the time.

The 1-20 story quests give you a good impression of what being a charr is all about… but after that your character just turns into a generic “hero”.

Although I haven’t gotten to level 30 on my second Charr character, I think the summoned allies are tied to your Legion choice, making it possibly the only “biography” choice that has mechanical impact.

I could, of course, be completely wrong on this, since I’m the only person I’ve ever seen using Warband Support.

Oh, I never said I liked how it worked. I would much rather summon Reeva and Elexus/Freyon than “Blood Legion Soldier” and “Blood Legion Marksman”

Yeah, the lack of continuity in this game feels especially bad with a charr character because of the warband.
