Can you get all Superior Sigils from the MF?
No. seasonal runes and sigils dont drop from the forge.
I think the general rule of thumb is that the rune or sigil must either be craftable through discovery (not through learning a recipe sheet, like rune of exuberance for example) or salvagable from open world exotic gear drops.

also a general rule of thumb: if it sells for more than 10g, chances are you can’t get it from the MF.
Divinity and Travelers are the only exception :P
