Just crafted juggernaut and i noticed there is no chrome effect on TA armor. Check:
I wear cof helm just to show difrence.

Anet please fix that.

Well, like he said, he isn’t wearing the TA helm, he’s wearing the CoF helm to show the difference.

@OP, you should probably file a bug report about it.
