I am very disappointed with the new Spinal Blades look. It’s nothing but a revamped version of the tenacle back piece from last year’s Southsun event. We are not even 2 years into the game and the creative department already choses to redo instead of create? That is a quiet embarrassing insight into the state of that department.
I know this is not a new idea and has been done millions of times but why not let the players create a piece? This patch would have been the perfect time to do so. Make it a contest, pick the top 5 and then let the players vote on their favorite. You don’t even have to announce the results before the release so it would still be a surprise. Plus, you’d get a ton of free and fresh ideas since your creatives seem to be running out of them already.
