Time gated ascended mats

If you have two characters with 450 crafting can you make two deldrimor steel ingots a day (or any other time gated ascended material for that matter)? Im wondering if it would be benificial to level my artificer now as well as my weapon smith even though I dont need artificer stuff anytime soon. Both are at 400 currently.

Oops think I found the answer myself. First its not the Deldrimor thats time gated its the mithrillium used to make it that is. And it is infact, Once a day per account, so leveling my artificer at the same time wouldnt help
