No shortcuts. That said, there are items that will help you level your crafting faster and more efficiently resource-wise. Google up a leveling guide for your crafting discipline and save money and time.

I’ve been crafting on the top it says there is only 75 levels but some of the stuff to craft has ranks in the hundreds
You unlock new recipes every 25 crafting levels, and what you’re looking at only shows up to the next 25 benchmark. The maximum is currently 400, but is planned to be raised to 500 before the end of the year.
