Is possile unbound a weapon? In a way to return it back sellable

No. Currently once it’s bound its bound.

the closest thing to what you are looking for is to throw it into the mystic forge with 3 others just like it and get a random weapon out (can be a slightly better deal than salvaging in certain situations)

Last I tried this, you could make a weapon or piece of armor account bound by transmuting with something white or blue (choose the white/blue stats) — this makes the item account bound. You can then get the original item (now account-bound) back with a transmutation splitter.

does this transmuting to white to make it account bound, and then use transmutation spliter still work ?

i would like to transfer my bolt to another character….
