Tactician Deathstrider at the Temple of Balthazar in Straits of Devastation nerfed? We wont be able to buy more Obsidian Shards with Karma from him?

Where are you seeing this? Did you check yourself?

afaik, he should still be available for Obsidian Shard purchses with karma. and there is an alternative method now, using fractal relics for obsidian shards as well (iirc, 15 relics for one shard?)

Please provide more details. I was about to switch servers to find myself a Temple of Bathazaar.

I mean I’d love if they moved them to a different NPC….but outright removing the Karma version would just be outrageous.

This is false. Just purchased some on server. Yak’s Bend Temple is up.

I just heard people complaining about this but i don’t know if its true so i wanted to ask here on forums if anyone heard anything about this. I agree with you Dee Jay if they remove the Karma version it will be really disappointing. I managed to save half mill karma just for Obsidian shards.

I just purchased a bunch of these on SBI, He is still there at balthazar temple and still sells them. Not sure where you read/why you believe that he was removed.

You can get them from the new dungeon in addition to the old acquisition method.

Except you can’t get them from the “old” acquisition method due to the fact that the DE escort chain constantly bugs out due to whatever three month old horeskitten excuse they’re using, and sometimes does so out of range of the champion giant with which you can reset it.

Yes the chain is often bugged and whatnot. That doesn’t really apply here. The point is they didn’t remove any methods of acquisition.
