Can't view support tickets

With the new support site, I can’t figure out how to see tickets I submitted and their status.
The only options are Submit a Request, choose language, and view common issues.
Is this a bug? Or is there some method I can’t see?
The new support only uses emails to correspond with you. Every email sent back will include the prior email received. Keeping copies of your correspondence is the only way to see your tickets.
