Dynamic Level Adjustment

I personally think the ‘Dynamic Level Adjustment’ is an awful addition to the game. I was having trouble getting through this one quest so I figured I would go level up a few times and try again… But, It didn’t change ANYTHING because my level was just reduced to the exact same it was before. It is ridiculous. What is the point of leveling up your character if your level is just going to be REDUCED everywhere you go!?
