Guild Wars 2

I’ve received a mail about shutting down my GW2 acc due to smth smth blablabla. Probably a scam mail (tho the adress was noreply@guildwars2.com or smth like that…but the link was totally suspicious)

Anyway, I’ve tried to login into site just to check if everything is ok. And I’ve discovered that you havent still fixed the login issue !!

Srlsy, how it can be ?

I try to log in, get an authorization email just to get “unknown authorization” msg on login site. And it happened 10 times in a row !!! At 11th try I finally managed to log in.

Furthermore, ofc logged state doesnt transfer into forum. After clicking “Forums” from my account page, I wasnt logged in. At least now it logged me in automatically after I’ve pressed “Log in” cus I remember that few months ago I had to Log in manually and ofc guess what – unknown authorization.

Can any staff member answer me whats the deal with it ? I’m not playing the game anymore (lack of updates with acutal content) but I might be back. And since the game and forum/website is already at least year old, it should work properly. Meanwhile I smell that the next time I’ll try to log in I will also get the “unknown authorization” bullshua.

Just to sum up – website cant recognize authorization or smth and it can give me “unknown authorization” msg (after clicking link in auth email) even up to 10 times. After that it finally accepts the auth but even then it cant keep me logged in when I try to go into any other page (like Forums) from my account page

EDIT: BTW, dont tell me to contact support, I’ve already did few months ago and It didn’t told me much…just tell me whats wrong with this thing.

Also, I don’t know when I will be able to respond to any response in this topic…cus I dont know if the next time I’ll try to log in the website will let me in….
