Q:
Will there ever be a "Guild Recruitment" section of these forums? All, I see are support forums and an Announcement/News Forum.
If there is another forum I should be looking at for that type of information; could you please direct me to the correct area.

We have opened the Support section of the Guild Wars 2 Official Forums today. This section includes the sub-forums for Account Issues, Technical Support, Game Bugs, and Forum and Website Bugs. Other sections will be rolled out when our team observes that the forums are performing well under load.
