I can’t buy another copy of gw2 for my brother. It says that my credit card information is not correct, but it’s been checked and rechecked many times. We even tried another credit card and we got the same error. I’m able to successfully make purchases with the same credit card everywhere else. Pay Pal is blocked in Brazil.
