It appears that a mail can be received following the resolution of a support ticket, whereby it takes you to a page where you can select between receiving good or bad support, and provide an optional comment. The particular email message is as follows:

Hello,

We’d love to hear what you think of our customer service. Please take a moment to answer one simple question by clicking either link below:

How would you rate the support you received?
Good, I’m satisfied

Bad, I’m unsatisfied

Here’s a reminder of what your ticket was about:

Where the “Good, I’m satisfied” and “Bad, I’m unsatisfied” lines are links that take you to the page in question.

On this page, you are able to select between good or bad support and fill out the comment section, but that’s it. There does not appear to be any way to submit this information due to a lack of any associated GUI option to perform that action. All you can do is toggle the type of support you received and edit the comment. Hitting the return key is ineffective, and using any of the other top menu links just navigates you away from the page.

I’ve tried loading the page in the most recent version of both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, so it does not appear to be a browser related issue.

After following a link I received in email to rate my support I was directed to a form to fill out. However, there were no buttons visible to submit the form. I’m using Google Chrome Version 32.0.1700.102 m. I only saw the button to submit when I reduced the size of the browser window, and even then it had an odd placement.

You may want to add this response to this other thread in tech support that Gaile Gray is following and responding about this matter. She has recently requested info about if this issue persists…which, apparently, it is.

Thanks for posting that screenshot, I should have thought to do that. You’re seeing the exact same thing as I am.

Oddly enough, I tried accessing this page with a different ticket, and this time there was some kind of bar with the buttons “cancel” and “save my rating” on it, although it was overlaid across the text of the ticket, which was a bit long (all the red splotchy is some editing I made to obscure the text):

Clicking the “cancel” button as shown in the above screenshot removes all functionality from the page. As you can see, the part where you are supposed to leave a comment disappears and no buttons remain on the screen.

I haven’t tried clicking “save your rating” yet, although I assume that might actually submit the whole thing.
