Refund page bug
hi there, everytime i try to go to the submit a refund request page it always goes to a different page, it never loads the refund page up
I am not familiar with the ‘refund’ page. Is it different from the ‘Submit a Request’ page for Support?
Make sure you are using a device supported by the site pages, I’ve heard the page(s) doesn’t support (some) phone browsers.
well everytime i click on the submit a request, nothing happens, it just reloads the same page up
Another person posted on the forums about this same issue, but it was solved when he changed browsers (from phone to pc). You might try another browser. Good luck.
Oh, you also must make a choice from the drop-down menu (if you have one available, yet) to move the page along in the process.
ive tryed every browser and even tryed it on my phone and it just still dont work!! there need to sort it out quick

I’m afraid almost everyone else can use the page with no problem. Seems to be something on your end. Maybe try from a friend’s computer or a library or something. Hope you get it figured out.
