I’m not entirely sure if this is the right forum to post this, but since there isn’t a suggestions forum any longer, this seemed like the most fitting place because this is about the website.

After clicking on the “Support” link at the top of the page, the new page that opens seems to have a somewhat counter-intuitive layout. The most prominent things on the page are the big search bar and the big headline about Phishing and the page encourages the user to scroll down further to look at the different support types like “Account Support” and “Game Support”.

During all that, the small link to “Submit a request” in the upper right corner somewhat gets lost, especially after scrolling down far enough for that menu at the top of the page to vanish entirely. I would suggest to create an additional much more prominent link or button at the bottom of the page to avoid user confusion.

Also, a direct link to the forum topic “Tickets for Review (3 days and older)” (https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Tickets-for-Review-3-days-and-older-merged) with a remark to give support 3 days to reply before posting there might save Gaile Gray and others some time by keeping players from posting in other parts of the forums about not having received a reply from support yet.

Another remark that players should not create a new ticket for the same issue since that would just slow down support, but instead just update their old ticket (and how to do that) might be helpful as well and avoid another source of problems.
