I’m getting this when I click on the support link at the top of the page.

You can access CS by either using the link under ‘Services’ at the top of the page, or this direct link: http://support.guildwars2.com/

Just a FYI, the ‘Support’ link works for me, as well. Though, sometimes it gives me the error you are seeing. Often, retrying seems to work. =)
