I think his forum could need a Support tracker.
There should be all posts from support team like from gaile Gray.
So its easier for players to see what the real developers say and easier for people who needs help from support.
I suggested separating developer posts from tech support posts back in the beta forums.
Nowadays there’s not enough ‘developer’ posts as opposed to tech support posts to warrant the effort.
I agree.
I appreciate how valuable Gaile has been with the community, but her posts are not informative for the large majority and are almost always relevant to the people who posted their thread in support. It’s cumbersome having to go through all her posts to find an actual dev response on something relevant to this game.

Well I still think it’s a useful idea. I’m not really all that interested in support tickets but I’m very interesting in what the devs have to say (even if they do it so infrequently).

I think i read months ago that they plan some changes for the forum. Maybe its a part of it.
When i remember they said something around able to ignoring forum posts of people or something like that.
