the forum link on the account page https://account.guildwars2.com/ links to https://forum.guildwars2.com/ which redirects to the clients region language instead of keeping the one that was selected. would be nice if this could be changed, it’s a bit annoying if you have to change back to english all the time.

Thanks for FINALLY adding a button to “quick”-change your language now!
It was a real pain to edit the URL all the time!

I am over in Germany visiting, but I want to see the website in English. Having to click (EN) on each page is really frustrating! Maybe language preference settings within the account management section?

Also, do we really have to sign in again after signing in the first time on the main page to see the forums?

The problem is each language forum and the website each have their own login!
I agree with you, it would be much more convenient if the login was connected.

btw; even in the english forum, when I click “account” it is always displayed in german for me.

Maybe language detection is based on IP or what browser sends in HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE var instead of storing it in some cookie.
