Guild Wars 2

So am I missing something or has it literally been like 3 years of playing this game and this little search box is still bugged on the forums.

It is the foundation of any game. the search feature. quit shooting yourselves in the feet anet.

I hope this was user error on my behalf.

It’s not been 3 years as we just passed the second anniversary. Lol. Yes, there has been a red post, a few in fact, but sadly it seems the ‘fix’ did not last, and whoever was working on it could not figure out why.

Of course, with broken search, the others are not easily found, or have been removed. Sigh.

Just use the proposed “fix”, google:

I use it all the time in case i search stuff and it works better than this forum’s search has ever worked (and probably will if it ever gets fixed). Live with it

So how hard is it to put a google search on the site? I made geocity/angelfire etc. free websites that had that feature.

My point is, I am a veteran player from gw1 and just am so disappointed that this feature is broken for new players. If they cant code a search bar….how can they code a game??

I’m guessing different Devs handle the coding of a forum website, and an MMO game. I could be mistaken, of course….
