Well it looks like everyone who missed the first season of the living story can now get almost every skin with tokens, oh well.
Yet, the account bound elemental catcher skins that were right from the original festival aren’t there any longer? What’s the reason of this?

The catchers are a rare drop from the zepher boxes this year. They have about a 1 in 10,000 chance of dropping. Happy opening!
