Guild Wars 2

So history on me in a nutshell. I have been almost solely a WvW player from day 1 in that time the 2 main servers I have played on are JQ and SoS. WvW has pretty much become dead to me, the culling issues have really soured it for me. In addition having that as my primary thing I did from log on to log off I am a little burned out on it as well
So now I have started doing some dungeons and Fractals and have relied on the lfg site as well as forming up outside of dungeons and in LA
So at this time I am looking for a large guild actively running dungeons and fractals. If you do wvw as well is a plus because if the culling issue gets resolved I will be gung ho for that again.
When I say large I mean large number of active players. I don’t mean a large roster.
I am really now looking to learn some of the dungeons and complete all paths in every dungeon. Being in a voice chat is certainly much more advantageous in a learning process then in a pug.
I recently made a transfer so I will not be available to all servers until Monday evening currently on EB
I currently sit at fractal 6 which I will make some progress on that this week as well. Dungeons if I am not mistaken, I am done story for AC, TA, CM, CoF, Arah, and HoV, explore I have only done 2 both TA

I’m the leader of Alchemy Incorporated, a guild on the Sorrows Furnace server. We’re a social guild, with our strongest emphasis on forming friendships and having fun, but we’re also pretty serious about being good at what we do, and what we do is play GW2. I am very happy with where our guild is right now, so I haven’t been recruiting at all, but your post is one that I’m going to respond to…

Right now our roster is 135 people strong with 25-50 concurrent players. We usually have 2 or 3 dungeon groups forming nightly, more on the weekends, and we do fractals fairly consistently. Right now some of our members are trying to learn dungeon speed clears. First and foremost though, it’s a fun group

Now I get to why I’m making this exception for you… We’re trying to learn to be more effective in WvW. Our server is in the bottom third and our guild is only active in WvW for one or two nights a week. I’d like to increase that, and to increase our effectiveness when we do play. I want to learn how the big boys do it, and how to make a difference without only running with the zerg. So, I think you could be a huge benefit to us in that respect.

I’m from [Choo] on Sanctum of Rall. Also known as “Pain train”.

We’re a very active guild, primarily focused on WvW. That’s not to say our members do not partake in other activities (dungeons seem to be a favourite for many). We have regular events for WvW, and often see 40 or so of us flooding a single battleground during peak times of WvW.

We usually have around 80 or so online most nights and are active in Teamspeak. Our members cover pretty much most time zones, with members everywhere across the US and Canada, and Australia and New Zealand aswell, so you should always be able to find people to play with.

SoR is currently in T2 for WvW so you will find us pretty competitive, and finding groups for dungeons, including fractals should never be an issue. I’m also at FotM level 6, and some of our members are closer to level 20.

We are very proud that even with our up and downs, great times and sad times, that we have endeavored to continue to thrive and continue to exist.
We invite you to visit our guild and talk with us either in game or on vent. The majority of our guild is 21 and older, but we also have down to 18 of age. Over the time of the guild we have developed a strong friendship for many of us. I hope that other that join the guild will also form a strong friendship with us as time goes on. We are all working class and/or university students and/or have families to take care of. We are mainly American and Canadian time zones, but have a few Euros from England, Finland and other areas that came with us from Guild Wars(so International guild). We log on to have fun and relax, so I am guessing you would consider us a casual guild. We have people may do one or a mixture of all; Pve, Pvp, dungeons, and Wvw. We don’t want to make the game a job, because that not what games are for. We are slowly rebuilding the guild at this time. We are looking for people, willing to help us grow. We are friendly and will do what we can or when we can for others in the guild. We enjoy new people, thoughts and ideas. Each new person brings a special gift or unique quality to add to the guild. Jaded[Jade] on Darkhaven is recruiting active, friendly, and mature members and there is no application process. We are a family-style guild looking to form long-term friendships through PvE and PvP. I’d like to invite you to check out Cynical on Crystal Desert Server. Our website is http://cynical-gw2.guildlaunch.com.

We are a semi-casual PVX, NA Guild of approx. 120 players. On a normal night during primetime, we have approx. 40+ guild members on. We are all working class adults, and we do not recruit members below the age of 18.

We regularly schedule Guild Dungeon & Fractal Runs/Map Completion groups/ as well as Special Guild PVE events, in addition to WvW Events and Spvp tournaments.
We have 3 dedicated PVE Officers who have a lot of fun events planned for Wintersday, have a dedicated Story Mode Dungeon event Sat, Late night Fractal farming groups, and plenty of members griding their way towards ascended gear.

We are a member of a 14 guild alliance, and we participate with these guilds for large scale WvW events on weekends. Our guild events are optional, and we do have signups available. Your level of participation is completely up to you! We also run smaller guild skirmish/strike team groups throughout the week in WvWvW.

We have a number of players new to the game still leveling, as well as players who are leveling second/third characters, so there is also opportunity for you to group up for events/leveling.

Cynical has full guild buffs available, as well as a max size guild bank filled with equipment and consumables for alts/new players etc. We also have a large voice chat server (ventrilo), and an active website updated constantly. We have a strong community of players who are always willing to help each other out, so hopefully you will consider Cynical as your new home!
