I am looking for a PvP guild on Ehmry Bay that runs tournaments. Tired of being paired with folks that have no idea how to strategize.

You should look further afield than just that server, especially if you are finding people on that server “in general” to not be doing it right. Just a suggestion.

I understand, however I was more referring to the auto matchup for the tournaments.
