Wolves of War is a team-oriented guild/clan. Our community prides itself on being helpful. One of the key helpful things we do is “communicate.” Communication is how you succeed in life. With communication we are able to over come any odds, and any challenges. We give each other feedback, and constructive criticism to better our styles of play. We don’t all play the same, so we don’t expect everyone to think the same. What we do expect is people to understand and respect the fact if they’re lacking in something, that they need to acknowledge this and take advise from players who are willing to help them improve. This discussion is the core to a good guild/clan. Without players improving around the core players who know and achieve success. We as a whole won’t achieve goals we all seek to achieve. We don’t get paid to play, but why play a game if you’re their just to lose? Everyone wants to win, don’t sit there and live in denial, no one likes losing.
The people we recruit and stay in Wolves of War are open-minded, friendly, fun, helpful, and competitive in nature. Being overly-serious is a disease, and should be cured before joining Wolves of War. We as a guild have been very competitive towards trying to beat or match the best of the best. So far we have been VERY successful in doing this considering the fact we came out of no-where and only had a handful of us for a long time. We do have a limit on members and that limit is around 100 active players. We are not an active multi-gaming community. We focus on one game, and that one game is the flagship. The rest of the games we play are for fun ONLY. If we choose to be competitive in a different game it more than likely will be a different genre than the main flagship game. For example, if we are playing Guild Wars 2. We could then compete for Battlefield 3. Guild Wars 2 being a MMO, and Battlefield 3 being an FPS. This is to prevent the guild from spreading too thin.
Wolves of War works like this. We are built on Friendship, Humor & Fun. Anything that finds itself within those guidelines is A-OK with the leadership. That means trolling, baiting, and overall trashing people who deserve it is chill, as long as you don’t make yourself look like a moron. So watch what you say, and please for the love of god learn to type and learn to spell. If you embarrass the clan, we kick you. While we’re on the subject of kicking, understand that ZeroGravitySE does own the clan, but he has NEVER kicked anyone from Wolves of War without the blessing from other officers who agreed that the member is damaging the clans reputation. What is our reputation? We don’t really care, but we don’t like dealing with kiddy drama and having people coming up to us complaining that you’re making us look bad because you’re dropping N bombs on people. Its immature, stupid and not funny. If you’re going to bash someone, use your brain, or just walk away.
Any other questions about the clan should be asked in Ventrilo/Mumble. All members are honest and up-front and most of our members have been around for 3-5+ years. We’re a fun bunch to be around, we’re always having a good time, and even when things get frustrating, we still find the humor in it.
