Man, I know exactly how you feel. I’ve spent over 30 gold on the kitten pToT/ToT Bags and I have yet to get a Endless Halloween Tonic. I have over 500 of each of the four regular tonics it drops, so if they do ever implement that Mystic Forge recipe, I’ll have two Endless Tonics

Pretty much RNG sucks and sucks even moreso for a limited time event. Poor choice on Anet’s part though I’m sure they made a pretty penny off people buying BLKeys, so kudos to Cox for a job well done. Shame that it kills the enjoyment of the holiday for most people.
Adding in non RNG recipes like the Mystic forge chests was a wonderful move by ArenaNet to help people out but you’re still slave to the RNG. I wish they had just added a recipe to get the skins only and not anything with stats.
I really enjoyed doing quests in gw1 to get a stack of xTokens to turn in for whatever I wanted for that holiday.
is it just me or is the purpose of the monetization in this game a scam?
