Guild Wars 2

So, basically, i want to know if this tonic can be obtained from both personalised and regular ToT bag? Since i rly rly hate chasing all those kinds, its easyer to buy stacks for 50s.

I must admit I’ve never heard of anyone getting it from an ordinary ToT bag. All the same, I’ve opened over 1.5k personalised bags and have yet to get the endless tonic.

This thing says it has been confirmed, but like you havent heard for anyone that they had obtained one. And ye, ive opened 2k but didnt get it, but its free so im keep tryin.
