I’m on a limited Internet plan and I would just LOVE someone to tell me how big this update is? I let it get to 268mb before I stopped it, only have about 2gb left for the month.

I’m on limited internet too (Kitten you Australian internet!)
I stopped paying attention when I reached the 600mb mark at 78% I assume that the total size would be around 700mb.

I observed ~719mb.

I was told it was 800 or 900mb, but either way you’re looking at around half of your bandwidth.

I’m going to have to leave mine to patch overnight. New Zealand internet is pretty laughable.

Ah, screw it, theres only a 8 days left and it resets on the 1st anyway. If I can keep my usage to under 100mb a day I should be fine.

Just realised that I used to get by with 600mb a month, how times have changed!

Yeah. I used to be like “Who the hell would use 10GB per month?” and now my plan is 20GB XD

We in the states complain about bandwidth throttling (slowing our connection if we use too much) but you guys really get screwed with your metered bandwidth. If Steam has a sale I can easily chew up 60gb in a couple days.

Thankfully GW has always been friendly on bandwidth – excluding large updates like this.

If you are in NZ, then you have to get slingshot since they have an unlimited plan. I don’t worry about the mb’s that I am using. Its pretty fast too (It took less then 10 min to download the patch).
