Add Norn while you’re at it. They obstruct the view of my character and the puzzle so its like running the puzzle blind.

Lol. Sticks and stones buddy, I finished it with a Norn and a Human, and there were three other Charr beside me.

So yeah, if other players are obstructing you, you are not fast enough.
