Has anyone gotten the superior version of that rune through the personalized ToT bags? I opened some bags yesterday and I think at this point I have the major recipe for all the 3 craftsmanship and 1 major sigil of the night, but no superior in sight. I’m just curious if anyone’s gotten them, and what the drop rate is.

They do indeed. I’ve opened well over 3000 pToT’s. Plenty of the Major Runes and eventually a Superior Rune. And lucky for me it was for Tailoring, one of my only 400 professions. I couldn’t give you a drop rate, but it seems as rare as the Gift recipes. Out of the 3000 bags I opened, I also got both Gift of Spiders and Souls recipes.

I think i’ve only opened a like…300 ish, so that’s 10% of what you opened

Well, I’ll just keep trying. So far, luck hasn’t been on my side with drops and all.

I have received 2 major sigil of the night and 1 superior rune of the mad king so far. I am not sure how many bags I have opened. I received it early in the event and sold it while the price was still high.

well, at the moment, it feels like say if I open 40 bags (from trading a stack of 250), the first 20 bags it would be mostly candy corns/barely any mats, but the last 20 it would even out and i’d get more mats and tonics. If i get more bags and open them, I would get more stuff, and then eventually I’ll come across some recipes.

I think I’m gonna get a bunch of bags and open them ALL AT ONCE and see what happens

i got mine just now after reading this. i bought 1k candy traded for bags oppened traded for bags kept it up. last bag like the 240th i opened gave me it

are these the same runes that are only about 40 silver to buy on TP?

Just buy it on the TP for 20s. Then well the CC and make a profit

I’ve gotten the superior recipe out of a ToT bag. Just FYI.

I got one out of the personalised TOT bag, not sure if i should use it or sell it lol

I’ve opened at least 1k~ bags and not gotten one. Got every other recipe but the superior ones.

No gift recipes or endless potion either.

Ended up buying it off the TP since the price dropped a lot and I’m tired of farming corn.

i guess i should just do that instead, grabbed the recipe off TP :-/

I got one from a ToT bag I won from the Reaper’s Rumble.
