I can finally be online for a Halloween event and don’t want to miss it, plus i’m trying to tell my brother to get on, but I have no clue where to tell him to go at launch time.

Topic. We all know when it happens, but where do we have to be? I assume it will be Lions Arch, but even then, where in Lions Arch?

As there is this event with the filling progress bar around the lion fountain, i’d say it takes place right there.
