I like the use of the Dark Armor, the CM legs and HotW shoulders: it looks very well put together.
That aside… based on the skin tone, I’d say Krytan (as Ascalonians were more Germanic than the Krytans in both names and appearances), but the name seems to be Ascalonian-sounding: this doesn’t matter much though, as it can be the result of marriage, an honorific or pseudonym.

In 250 years since playable humanity was restricted to one main kingdom, he may very well be a mix of several or just a couple bloodlines.

As others have said, the name sounds Ascalonian, so perhaps his father’s line comes from Ascalon. He may have been one of the early settlers in Kryta, and from there his family intermarried with the local Krytans, resulting in his current skin tone.

I’d say Ascalon or Orr.

I would say Elona, the face is much like the faces of the creation in Guild Wars.
