I would appreciate it if engineers that have beat Liadri with the engineer could post what they did to beat her along with their build.

A guildmate beat her, as well as most if not all of the other bosses, by spamming granades.

Use bombs.

During her second stage, try and get yourself into a rhythm where you’re walking close to the center of the map.
Make sure you’re walking into the red circles right after the attack lands, so that you’re walking into the attack that already happened while walking away from the ones starting up. And just spam all your bombs.

Since you’re around the center of the map, Liadri’s cripple won’t get you stuck inside of the red circle attacks that are starting up.

If someone could provide a video of them doing it as an engineer that would be great. Preferably 720p or higher and using a bomb build.

My first victory against liadri was as an engineer. I used knights gear, no real reason why, it’s just all I had, and hgh grenades build 30/10/0/30/0, pistol shield, although I’m sure bombs work too, I just found being able to throw aoe to the sides and behind me very useful

It’s terrible quality and I’m using grenades. Deal with it. More details in the video description.

Assuming you have second phase issues

There are always 2 safe areas on the stage, that are directly across from each other and shift 90 degrees with each aoe. Learn the pattern.

Use a rifle, circle the stage with auto attack. (don’t circle on the outer edge, stay closer to the center and you will find that dodges are rarely needed for the aoe)
Don’t be afraid to look away from Liandry, it is much easier to run directly to the next safe area and then damage her, than to back pedal only to find yourself needing to spend a valuable dodge.
Use “3” to kill cosmic orbs if they are under aoe
Use “5” to kill orb if you can safely do it, saves you a dodge as well.

Utilities

Slick shoes
(toolbelt will act as another dodge, you can easily move to the safe spots even under cripple)
(active ability will keep Liandry and her visions down for an extended period)

Toolkit
(use the auto attack to destroy orbs if rifle is on cooldown)
(use magnet during phase 1 to speed it up)

Supply drop
(use immediately while Liandry is in the center, it will stun/immobilize her allowing you time to position yourself according to the aoe pattern as well as put medkits in a convenient location as you circle around)

I used 30/20/0/10/10, grenade kit, rabid gear. Run around throwing grenades behind you with perma-swiftness and perma-vigor.

Thanks for the advice. I finally got it.

I was using a pistol/shield bomb build with pvt armor with melandru runes. After phase 1, I kitted her clockwise dropping bombs whenever she was close. I tried to stay about 1/3 way between center and edge (closer to center is better). I used the pistol 2&3 skills when I had a chance. Dropping the elite supply crate in the center in a good idea. Use the Bowls of orrian truffle and meat stew for the extra dodges and superior sharpening stones for extra damage. I also used elixer B when i needed the speed(after a cripple), plus it gives you loads of other useful things. Keep elixer s on a fast to click button for when the rift orbs pull you into an aoe.

Traits:
Explosives:3,7,&8
Inventions: 5 & 8
Alchemy: 5 &9

I won the first try after I put on music. I had some Adema going. I would strongly suggest this as the most important buff :P

I used a bomb build as well to beat her. I’ve beat her at least a few times, although I didn’t get the 8 light achievement. I had her at 2% with 8 orbs hit when I mucked up a dodge, so I’m not sure I’ll bother trying again.

If you’re just going straight for the kill, grenades would probably be very effective, but I found a bomb build to work better for doing the 8 orb achievement.

Basicly best way is have to as much evades as possible so 50% all the time from trait (its cap you cant stack more with food for example) and two 50% restore on swap from sigil and runes.
- Key is learn the pattern and kill orbs fast so the cant pull you (if they do and AoE are there just use Elixir S).
- You can block AoE and ilusions. Ilusions can be blinded so explosions dont damage you its great when you need take orb and may of them are near.
- Sometime there are too many ilusions so let them explode into block.
- Damage isnt problem you just spam pistol skills all the time and you will be fine
- Trait and -duration food reduce cripple from Liadri almost to 0 so you dont need much condi removers.
