Hey there,

I searched on the beaches and found a [Mysterious Soggy Bag], I have to talk to Ellen Kiel for more infomation, I did that and it sends me to Subdirector Blingg at the Consortium.
I did not get a Jug of Liquid Karma. from both of them and I did NOT get a Map Fragment. even after the patch of a few minuts ago I did not get anything, but Noll is back though so I killed him, I talked to him and I did not get a Mail for further instructions.

I still got my [Mysterious Soggy Bag] in my bag,
Whats going on? what am I doing wrong?

I just killed Canach, and even he did not send me a mail of the map, is this kind of bugged or something?
