The problem is that I deleted my items as soon as I found out I couldn’t get the bugged syuff from the previous day. So, I’m unable to be rewarded now?

Anet should post a “Safe to delete: X Y Z items” message after each event. Like. . . What if we need stuff for next year?!?!

That’d be cool btw, Anet, a 7 year long progressively growing event. Start it in April’s event! called “The Mighty Quiz(nos)” :P

If you didnt notice yet, Anet doesnt really care about what people think as long as the money keeps flowing.

Tyria is the only place where it’s standard practice to discard incriminating evidence two days after it’s discovered.

Actually, that kind of explains why adventurers are always finding random treasure on the ground.

After the big event I was able to do path 2, then I wanted to do path 3 (because 3 comes after 2) but that was not possible.

So 2 was still open but 3 was already closed?

no response from Anet for the question … at least we know what they think about this problem … they dont care about …

It would be nice to know what we should do with these items.

I’m starting to think there was more that didn’t happen because of the problems in the beginning and they haven’t decided what to do yet.

This isn’t the only thing that feels like it hasn’t quite ‘ended’ yet. I have a hard time believing Southsun Cove is supposed to be a barren wasteland of nothing. Donations packages are still running too. The whole thing just feels like there is supposed to be a ‘phase 4’ eventually and/or some stuff just didn’t happen.

While other people are running around with precursors, I got disconnected, and all I have are these kittened phase 1 items filling up bank inventory. Can I throw them away now or what?

How about now? Is it safe to delete all the junk now?

I still have that candy meter thing as well. Can I get rid of that too?

I’ve deleted everything (since they were parts of the investigation clues) except the Complete map. It just seems weird that it was given to us as the end of Phase 1 with currently no purpose.

As for the candy meter, I got rid of that ages ago. They will probably re-issue a new one if you ever need it again.

So… can we get rid of them now?

I did think the scavenger hunt ended a little bit abruptly with only a jug of karma for reward, at the end of phase 2 they said they would call you back, I thought there would be a final part maybe confronting the consortium, finding their leaders, finding out exactly what those plants did to cause the KAks to follow them home.

I figure the monthly planned events, holiday or not, will have a set story going forward like that. Kraka’s being just the first blow. I expect we’ll hear more from the Consortium in December

Same here. I wish they’d answer or at least update the item tooltip to let people know they’re not going to reuse it. You really wonder why they couldn’t have just made those NPCs take these junk items the way some heart NPCs.

I still have the “evidence” in my pack that I collected during the investigation for the Lionguard (where you question members of the Consortium). I completed that quest but the game did not remove the evidence items from my inventory. I’d love to know whether or not we can safely delete those.

I still have the soggy bag and the 2 maps.
