Guild Wars 2

Stephane, can you let us know if Phase 2 is going to start tonight at all? It’s currently running 30 minutes late, and counting, and it would be good to know if I should stay in LA, waiting for it, or get on with the normal part of the game.

Still cannot complete Phase 1, Noll is still bugged. What is the ETA on pushing the fix for this? I’m no RP’er or anything, but I do like to do things in the progression they were designed (if possible). I (and obviously a lot of others) are frustrated that this “massive” event is happing, yet we can’t participate as designed because certain sections of the quest lines are bugged (and fixes aren’t being pushed).

I spoke with Blingg and have no fragment. Was there a certain dialog option or something I missed?

Here are the Phase 1 steps that you need to make sure you completed before Phase 2 starts:

1. Talk to Inspector Ellen Kiel in the Grand Piazza of Lion’s Arch
2. Examine the wreckage on the shore in Lion’s Arch west of Sanctum Harbor waypoint
3. Return to Kiel with the soggy bag
4. Talk to Consortium Subdirector Blingg at the new Consortium Gift Shop point of interest, northwest of Fort Marriner in Lion’s Arch
5. *Receive the map fragment. *

I’ve done those steps but don’t have a map fragment?

The event is triggered at one of the new POI in the harbor! look for a boat icon!… i think. :/

Was in an overflow server that started the event about 5 mins ago, as soon as the event started I got booted out of the game. I managed to connect back in, and joined my party. I got 4 drops, but got no reward for being part of the event, so no karma, XP, nothing. I know I killed, cause I had drops. Another broken event.

Another one of my party, one of our younger guild members got NO reward at all, despite participating in the event, this is really not reflecting well on ANet. It’s not easy to explain to a younger member of the guild that the basically you were just unlucky.

I am running in LA for an hour like an idiot. Nothing happend, except for changing labels in the quest. Is this whole event?

The map fragment should be in your mail; I didn’t find it initially either.

Wel u guys are at least able to get into the game -.-. …… i still cant get into it cos ever since the patch i got today i get a black screen insted of a character sheet. Reinstalled the game 2x now, and it still crasches my hole computer at attempting to launch.. :< Help anyone?
