Yeah, would be nice to get a dev response to this. Is her lair/roomthing permanent? Do we have a deadline to use all our cypher things?

Make it a habit to use up such things before the biweekly patches.
Don’t get caught with an inventory full of Tri-Color Keys, Cyphers, and all other temporary content…

I concur with Kumu. Use up all your cyphers before next Tuesday’s patch. It MIGHT remain for longer (as was the case with the Tri-Key chest), but best not to risk it.
I hope it will remain forever. At least as a reminder of the events…
