It doesn’t matter if it is 10 people or 50 it is the same thing. If your server is paying money to someone else to get them to move to another server then you are recruiting them. What do you not understand about that concept? :P lol

You can also make the argument mechanically that those 10 people can do some damage to larger groups in WvW. (Insert PvP vs WvW player debate here.) Ironically, I seem to remember an older video of AR vs BP where a group of about 5-10 PvPerz took out a zerg of 70+ floating around on youtube….? hahaha :P
